I have a cloud application which records building defects for a major building company.<br />

Example: There is a leak beneath the sink in the school toilet.<br />

I need a web site/service so that the plumber can key in a defect number 99999 and his <b>mobile phone will display the photo.</b><br />
(I guess I will need to write the image of the photo via API in the first instance).<br />
