Remote Desktop Services error

I can log on vie web browser, and log in. but cannot open an application.
On the server it shows the following errors;

AA-SERVER      802      Error      Microsoft-Windows-TerminalServices-SessionBroker      Microsoft-Windows-TerminalServices-SessionBroker/Admin      1/31/2016 4:09:40 PM

Looks like you need to add the connection broker to DC Group policy:
Local Computer Policy>Administrative Templates>Windows Components>Remote Desktop Services >Remote Desktop Session Host> RD Connection Broker >Configure RD Connection Broker server name

Do the same in GroupPolicy (GPedit.msc) on the 2012 server.
Also clear ALL other configuration in the 2012 server Local Computer Group Policy>Administrative Templates >Windows Components>Remote Desktop Services >Remote Desktop Session Host> Leave everything but the connection broker server NOT CONFIGURED

Run gpupdate from cmd
