Excel - Selecting "Big Range" Easily

Hi Experts

I am working with a few very big excel sheets. And it is becoming troublesome to manually scroll a few hundred or even thousand rows and columns, when I have to select specific portions of data from these sheets.

Is there any easy method to select a Large Range of Rows and Columns, when I specifically know the Start and End Point Cell Numbers ? So that I can simply type of those 2 cell numbers and then that complete range gets selected, so that I can then do further work on that selected range.

I am using the following software versions -
Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio version-  12.0.2000.8,
Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 x64
and Windows 7 x64
