Do I need to password protect my PDF?
I am in the process of posting my book on PDF, at first for free, for public distribution.
I have used LibreOffice to password protect PDF's.
Is there any value or risk to doing this?
It seems someone could copy to clipboard anyway. So, pw protection seems of limited value.
Is there a risk that someone might not be able to open the file?
That'd be my real worry.
Thanks.
