Cisco WLAN 2504 controller - DTL-4-ARP_NULL_SRC_IP

I experience a repeating loss of connectivity between wireless client devices (PC or radioterminals) and VLAN gateway interface.  DHCP lease is properly obtained. The wireless client can reach the controller and other devices in within the VLAN, but cannot connect to hosts in other VLANS (VLAN gateway cannot be reached). The log of my Cisco 2504 WLAN Controller (s/w version 7.6.110.0) shows DTL-4-ARP_NULL_SRC_IP (Error Message %DTL-4-ARP_NULL_SRC_IP: Recv ARP Request with source IP as 0. Marking for Duplicate Addr Detection).
