Office 365 - Staying Out of the Cloud

About to activate Office 365 Trial Version.  Don't want to save any documents in the Cloud.  Always want documents to save on my local machine ONLY.  Feel the Cloud is a security risk.  Sensitive business documents don't want hacked.

Is this possible?  To configure Office 365 so that the documents save ONLY to the local machine and have NO interface with the Cloud whatsoever?

And, if that is possible, which preferences do I need to choose?  Need a detailed "How-to-get-there" map.  Like:

Upper Right Corner
Settings --> Security --> Preferences --> File Location

Many thanks,

OT

Vasil, when you say "Or you can configure the same via GPO."  what did you mean.  What is GPO?
