Migration Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013 - Unable to access Public Folder

Hi Exchange Experts,

Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013 migration in co-existence phase. I migrated my mailbox to 2013 and now I am not able to access the public folder. I don't want user loosing access to public folder after I move them to 2013.

Error: Cannot expand the folder. Microsoft Exchange is not available. Either there are network problems or the exchange server is down for maintenance.”

I have enabled Outlook Anywhere on both the servers:

Exchange 2013 server:
ExternaHostname : mail.abc.com
InternalHostname : mail.abc.com
ExternalClientAuthenticationMethod; NTLM
InternalClientAuthenticationMethod ; NTLM
IISAuthenticationMethods           : {Basic, Ntlm, Negotiate}
ExternalClientsRequireSsl          : True
InternalClientsRequireSsl          : True

Exchange 2010 server:
ExternaHostname : mail.abc.com
InternalHostname : (blank)
ExternalClientAuthenticationMethod; Basic
InternalClientAuthenticationMethod ; Ntlm
IISAuthenticationMethods           : {Basic, Ntlm}
ExternalClientsRequireSsl          : True
InternalClientsRequireSsl          : False

How can I resolve this issue?

Thanks,

DeBlackman,,

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-CA/library/dn690134(v=exchg.150).aspx  This Is if Users whose mailboxes are on Exchange Server 2013 won’t be able to access legacy public folders from Outlook Web App or Outlook for Mac.  My issue is accessing from Outlook 2010 SP1 client.

I tried the second link but it didn't work. I am using Exchange 2013 SP1(CU4) so that third link does not apply in my case.

Thanks,
I actually used this same article and it resolved the issue for Outlook users. what is your Outlook Logon network security setting set to? Also can you post the XML result of testing an email autoconfiguration from Outlook (Hold CTRL and right click Outlook icon on system tray)?
