Real-time connection between a SQL Database and Outlook contacts

We have a SQL database for our rolodex that has thousands of contacts and we are looking for a way to setup those same contacts on an Exchange 2010 server or in Outlook 2010 where a change on one end changes on the other end automatically.

We are talking about 8000 contacts and if someone makes a change in the SQL Database, it shows that change in a Manager's Outlook which in turns shows on their iPhone. And if they make a change in their Outlook or phone, it changes the SQL Database.

Is there anything that can do this automatically and real time?

Both application are designed for different purpose. It is not impossible, however it will mess up your Exchange environment. Any reason to use SQL for contacts?

What about something like this program?

Our Rolodex is in SQL 2008 with 8000 contacts and the two managers want those real-time in their phones.
