You might have changed ISP or either the ISP or Email Provider might have changed their SMTP servers.
Check on your ISP page or mail providers page what SMTP server is required to be set via their support pages.
Then change your SMTP to the required servername.

Some help on where to locate your SMTP settings can be found here for Outlook 2007
That is why I posted all the above settings and said to check with ISP.
Had not seen that yet, I opened the question earlier, and left it pending till I had time to finalize & post.

But looking at it the comment I posted merely abbreviates on top of it and expands on potential cause, as it might not be the ISP's SMTP (e.g. Google or Hotmail have their own) and adding some additional resources to make it easier in case author is not as familiar with where all the options are.

Regardless, I don't mind whether my comment is looked upon as an assist or not if correct/helpful, not trying to hijack a solution. Merely offering some assistance which might clarify things in the end. I'll drop out and leave it all be. Marked yours as a good comment as it is a good comment ;)
