What are the key points for a good team building.

Hello everyone,
I am coming to you to collect as much inputs as possible about the best way to build a good team when on paper it is really not obvious.

Let me described the following
 
you have a few isolated developpers À,B,C,D,E

A based on his application dev. proposal has been dedicated team leader of that project.
A only got the assistance of D as the other did not believe in the concept.

After a few years of labor A brought the project alive.
D was over these year very helpfull to provide to A the necessary energy required.
Now,what is the surprise for A: B,C and E had made changes in the software without taking care from A to know the impact these changes will have. On top of that B,C and E are driven by a new young F dedicated as manager.
Cause of that if an issue occures it goes to A which requires much more effort to cover as he needs to review what has been modified.

F has never taken the time to A to talk and see how to have build an harmonious team.

Now A feels unhappy and would like to find solution on that  and how to keep his motivation unchanged.

If you would be A, what would be the best stragegy to keep him motivated? Why should A be excluded after the big effort requested?
What should he proposed to the high end management to keep him happy and how to handle the others?
What should do the management to solve that issue?

I guess you're A.

It looks like to be a stackholders missmanagment by misscommunication,
I'm a new be on EE, I don't know if it is the correct site.

A needs to establish a new connection with F, to bee correctly authenticated in the project.

It should be good to have just to setup some Connection documents, route add, or update certificat to fix it.

It is a human problem that must find a humane solution, but may be a way is to analyze the situation with the same approach used to fix a connection problem between client and server .

Could you be more explicit about connection client/server.
How can now A find the energy to talk to F,if no good trust was originally established.

it is just to see if there is a hope to cover such a situation.

Hum,

When a client can't communicate with  a server, I need to know on wich port the server is listenning, which protocol, peack time.

A could find the right time to speack with F
What F is usualy expecting as solution?
What are F priorities and what solution A are bringing?

A must be presented as a force of proposale, positiv and solution oriented, may be with some pratical solutions.

for energy, just think that A need to go back in the project.

A must remember that "Trust comes on foot, but leaves on horseback".
and if F is not the right person and A continue to be unhappy. The conclusion will be A in burn out.
You are right, check on the DNS to know who had authority.

Have a look on the project authority matrix, to find the good one.  

Regarding happy or unhappy, they are not fact, just the result when every attempt was made.

They are as many solutions as they are peoples.

Domain Name Server, you know that, I'm sure!
It translate a domain name as an IP address, and give all over the world, who has authority, who are the mail servers etc... for a domain name,
...
yes I know but really wonder how this will help A to stay in the orgnaization and still allow him to provide his best.
I believe A must state the facts clearly with F or another people.
They are no wizard to fix this kind of situation.
It may be wise to seek the advice of personal coach, not an IT support, sorry.

Well in my view good team makes good product.
I do not follow your point of view by forcing A to invoke things he does not want cause F is just there to handle the benefit result of À and nothing else.
In this case it will be uneasy for A to work with F, especially if A neither doesn't trust F.
It is not at all an IT problem, and the issue is closed.
Sorry that these tracks don't suit you.

A is the only people who can take is own decision.

I would not make further comment.
