how to mount usb drive in Solaris virtualbox


I have created the solaris machine and now trying to bring the data which is on my usb key and  have problem mounting the drive into the system.  Any guide available?

In a nutshell, your OS must be able to see the device and guest OS VirtualBox box guest addition must be installed.  Then you go to to the menu bar for the guest VM and select the USB drive.

Make sure the file system, is compatible with Solaris.

see here, this is how you mount the USB drive in Solaris, after it has been connected via Virtualbox.

You may find it easier to transfer the files via WinSCP, Web Browser from a Website!
