how to secure a website behind a firewall that only allows VPN access
Hi, My client uses vtiger, which he hosts on his own virtual server. We have setup the system years ago to only allow remote access to it via a VPN client on the users laptops. (non SSL).
my client now wants his users to be able to access vtiger via there phones. But keeping the system locked down and not open to the public.
I don't overly like the idea of working with VPN's on phones. and wondered if another approached, would be to use an SSL certificate via say godaddy for example. so that the client SSL is on the phone, etc.
would i be heading down the right path or should i be looking at something else ?
