Solved: hide other table rows once one has been selected using jQuery

Hi

I want to hide all other table rows in the following table once 1 has been selected by the user (they have to select the "select" text in the anchor tag), how can I achieve this please?

Please note this code is generated from a 3rd party system so I cannot amend the table at all
