it must have a been a pre installed program from the manufacturer. I formatted, reinstalled windows, removed all software not needed, then added to domain. no problems yet.

This happens about 2 or 3 times per day. I get the 1035 event it seems like for every program that is installed.<br />

I read online to check group policy wmi filters but I don't think policy's there apply to this problem.<br />
