Java 1603 Error
I have a user that was receiving a 1603 error when attempting to install Java. After reading some other postings about this, I was able to download and install the offline 64bit version of Java. Now when she opens IE and goes to java.com to test the install, it does nothing. She can't get the pop-up to appear asking for authorization to run, she does not get an error, the page just sits there. I have looked at her add-on manager in IE and Java is listed and enabled. Not sure where to go from here. This is something she needs as she have a few government websites she pulls data and forms from that require Java.
