Need help with BES server

Dear Experts

Please can someone assist me with the following issue. I am getting these errors in the event log of my BES server.

MailboxManager::TestOpenMsgStore - OpenMsgStore (0x8004011d)

There are like thousands of them.

Also I cannot get to my BlackBerry Administration Service webpage. it just tells me that the page cannot be displayed.

Appreciate any help.

Backend is Exchange 2010 SP3

From error, it says you BES service account doesn't exist or not configured. If you know BES service account, check if anything modified recently, like permission or password or it is disabled or expired. Read this:

If still issue, then create new service account for BES and configure your BES server.
