Roaming Profiles - Work from Home
I have been using Roaming Profiles for many years and they work great for me. The only issue I'm having is with users that occasionally work from home.
Happened many times that they took their laptop home, worked on something, brought the laptop back, turned it on to see their old profile loaded and their weekend work disappear.
Is there good solution? Is there something I set up incorrectly?

DON'T USE THEM. Use Folder Redirection instead combined with offline files cache. In that way, problems like this can't happen.
