First thing, I have an open ticket with McAfee second level support about this problem and they have been looking at it for two weeks without success. <br />

I installed McAfee Endpoint Security Suite 10.1 on two servers. One was a new install 2012 Essentials and other was an existing 2011 SBS. In both cases the installation appears to go successfully but the &quot;MacAfee shield&quot; is not displayed. Once a reboot is done the server will hang at &quot;Applying computer settings&quot; All Active Directory/Domain services are unavailable. <br />
<br />
When an attempt to uninstall, a log entry that the uninstall password is incorrect is made. <br />
I never set an uninstall password. Both installations are stand alone (No EPO) and totally default.<br />
<br />
Workstation installations are not a problem.<br />

Any ideas..?
