Time-Based Auto-Responders

We need to have some auto-responders setup within Exchange Online which will be sent based on certain times of the day, e.g. if an email comes in to a specific mailbox between certain hours an specific message will be sent.

Can this be achieved within Exchange Online?

You can schedule the OOO replies for given mailbox, but that's a one-time only operation. You cannot set a schedule. Best you can do is create a simple PowerShell script to turn the OOO on or off and schedule it via task scheduler or similar.
