Alkholi i'd love to assist but this will be back and forth I need logs and info from UM and FE also
Windows event viewer (the lync\um server one) and skype for business tracing logs and anything related. I have created a email on my side so we can test.
Please email me at expertexchange236@gmail.co m. Please send all the logs you can and I will see what I can find. Don't forget times that you errors occurred so I can compare.
Screenshots of certificates on IIS and personal certificates.
Please export the logs to clearly labelled files for me. Tx

Or local sfb to federation users?
Or Lync 2013 to sfb?
If it is sfb to federated domains then try to allow the sip domain under SIP Federated Domain on your sfb server.
