Unfortunately I don't have a controller on hand but there should be a sort by to the top left when logged in as admin.<br />
Sort alphabetically. You should find class of service options. <br />
Usually these are labeled then edit the send message.

A fellow employee always leaves a &quot;message&quot; in such a way that:<br />
1- my phone MSG button blinks<br />
2- my LCD reads &quot;YOU HAVE 1 MESSAGE&quot;<br />
3- when I pick up phone and push MSG button to hear message, it auto dials the person who sent the &quot;message&quot;<br />

What is going on? Is the employee leaving the message in such a way that this happens?

3- when I pick up phone and push MSG button to hear message, it auto dials the person who sent the "message"

I don't want pushing MSG to call this person back automatically
