Looking for Backup solution

I currenly use Storagecraft for my Clients

But as I roll out the backup it is begining to get pretty Pricey.

Looking for a backup solution that will do the following:

1)  Backup to Local NAS Drive as Image that I can boot < Like Storagecraft >
2)  Backup to offsite server and can boot < Like Storagecraft >
3)  But not as expensive as Storagecraft

I have heard good things about this free, open-source tool:

here is another one:
You said open source here you go

Trinity Rescue

most people use clonezilla

Open source is Good

I am also looking for a Paid low cost version

that will have the ability to backup SQL AND EXCHANGE

Restore Mailbox level

clonezilla Is missing lot of cool features Storagecraft offers
areca  Doesn't seem to offer os beckup and restore. It will only backup files. I believe this is not what you are looking for.
Based on my  research with any other software you will end up paying much more in the long term. More  headaches. And still risk not to get you stuff back as it was.
I am Currently Looking at Rbackup found here:

Has the same features and  you only buy the license once and it's yours....PLUS

You buy and house your own server...

Image Drive once a week to Local NAS Drive

Backup Files Incrementally to my Server off site.

Having a tough time setting on a server

Need to install sql express which takes up a lot of Resources

Mabey I should stick with Storagecraft???

Not Cheap.....but it rocks....
