I have a users that has been having this issue where the navigation pane does not show any folders when they try to attach a file. Initially the issue was the the icons where showing up as black boxes and this was resolved by rebuilding the icon cache and thumbnail database. Now, they are reporting that the Ribbon does not show its contents and this only resolves after restarting Outlook. I have an Nvidia GTX 950 and running Windows 10 Pro.
