Not free and they recently altered their pricing structure but FANTASTIC product that includes remote control through web site or agent, fully brandable, includes VoIp in App, chat, File transfer, screen recording, notation, multi monitor support and more - <a href="http://www.screenconnect.com" rel="ugc">www.screenconnect.com</a>&nbsp;- self hosted option is what I'm referring to. Been using it for over two years and love it.
