Remote support and chat product

I would need recommendations for:

- A product to integrate in our website for chat (we have a helpdesk with multiple users to be able to chat & support)
- It must support quickly do a remote support session, take over the desktop for quick support

Nothing else, no need to be super-advanced. Free and/or cheap would be great.
