Remote support and chat product

Hello,

I would need recommendations for:

- A product to integrate in our website for chat (we have a helpdesk with multiple users to be able to chat & support)
- It must support quickly do a remote support session, take over the desktop for quick support

Nothing else, no need to be super-advanced. Free and/or cheap would be great.

Not free and they recently altered their pricing structure but FANTASTIC product that includes remote control through web site or agent, fully brandable, includes VoIp in App, chat, File transfer, screen recording, notation, multi monitor support and more - www.screenconnect.com - self hosted option is what I'm referring to. Been using it for over two years and love it.

Does your suggested list can be used in enterprise environment ?

Or it is free for personal use only ?

I know that teamViewer enforce this rule.
