Server 2012 R2 Group Policy - Mail Control Panel Item

Setting Group Policy to display only select Control Panel Items. Mail will not work.
Tried the following:
Mail
mail
Microsoft.Mail
microsoft.mail
mlcfg32.cpl
mlcfg32.cpl

None allow access to the mail control applet. This worked in 2003 and 2008.
Any ideas?
(The policy is applied successfully and all my other selected applets appear. Mail is missing)
Windows Server 2012

Entering "mail" should work. Once you do this, have you gpupdated your client?

gpupdate /force

Also, make sure Outlook has been opened on your computer at least once as I don't believe the icon will actually be available until this happens.
