How do I stop Outlook from removing underscores from text as I type

Hi,

I am using Outlook for MAC, 2011 version 14.5.5 and I am trying to add DB table names to my text and Outlook is removing the underscores.

THIS_IS_MY_DB_TABLE and outlook keeps removing the underscores from the word as I type it.

How do I stop Outlook from making that change?

Note: I do not want to remove all auto correction: just this particular item.

I don't really know enough about outlook to know how to turn this feature off.
