Access 2016 - Forms, format

My OS is win 10 Pro and I have Office 365, the Business Essential version.  I have a Form in Access, and one field is a telephone number.  At the table level, !\(999") "000\-0000;0;_, because it has a built in function.
But how do I format the field in the Form when this telephone field is used.  What is the syntax to use, and where should it be inserted. The telephone number should be : (301)898-6831 format.  I have already entered some tel numbers in the file.  Thank u.

Thank u for your solution.  I have a question, if a telephone number was entered in the format
3011234567 with the format syntax in the Form and also in the field at the Table level, would the update be to : (301)123-4567.
This is the format that I want to achieve.  Thank u.
