I am trying to install the Microsoft VB 6 MouseWheel Fix on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.<br />

I have downloaded the VB6 Mouse Wheel.exe file from the Microsoft Download Center.<br />

I have extracted the files and followed these steps:<br />

Run As Administrator, typed regsvr32 c:\windows\syswow64\VB6IDE<wbr />MouseWheel<wbr />Addin.dll,<wbr /> and then clicked OK.<br />

Clicked Add-Ins, and then click Add-in Manager.<br />
In the Add-in Manager list, clicked MouseWheel Fix.<br />
Clicked to select the Loaded/Unloaded check box, and then click to select the Load on Startup check box.<br />

I also merged the Registry fix: <b>VBA Mouse Wheel Fix.reg</b><br />
