how are ways early teens address made available to election campaigns..
in church, 13 year old boy got a campaign letter from one running for President..
the 13 year old does not have credit.. no credit card, mortgage, utility bills, cell phones in his name etc etc.. says has never given postal address online, only email id...
how could it ever be possible that his address is available somehow for candidates to send letter.. that is fine.. but my curiosity is how could they? what resources or links or loopholes could make that happen.. (this student goes to private school, not public)
