Sql Server not listed after install

I did a SQL 2012 full/Eval installation, followed the wizard thru, think I checked enough boxes for components (don't know what most of them are!), but when the wizard finished, nothing happened, can't see a service listed in management console...?

Errr....just did a reboot, but still same situation.
I'm looking at the :
Computer Management
Services And Applications
under both Services and SQL Server Configuration Manager (of which there are two?)
Under Services, nothing listed, under  SQL Server Configuration Manager /Services nothing listed - both instances.

It would appear as though the installation didn't complete correctly. The service should at least be shown even if it isn't running. If it's not shown then the service wasn't installed.

Do you think run the install again? Its quite strange, the wizard finished without a complaint.
