Thanks everyone, I tried using the OWA, and tried the same way as Android, and as exchange account.<br />
I tried to enter the IP address instead of the server name.<br />

what errors if any do you get? try setting up an account while the phone is connected to a wifi to see whether the connection method is the issue.
