Chart on Facebook

Could you please suggest me a free online chart tool/website, which can be shared on Facebook?
What I need is a chart or table, online, if it is possible with real time data changing, seen on Facebook. I will update the data once in a while. The table/chart will not have more than 200 entries, but I have to control/update the data by adding few rows in the table each 1-2 weeks.
The chart/table should be customizable in terms of appearance as type, size, color, font used.
It must have one specific link that can share with everyone via Facebook. I update the chart/table with new data or I modify the old data, then everyone sees that, but the link stays the same.
Any good suggestions or tutorials how can be done?

I had no time to look into the problem, but I will try later Google sheets later as I find it as a good and easy path to follow.
The only way you could have dynamic updates is by posting a link on facebook to your chart and maintaining a public copy.
