VB.Net - DatePicker Months Spanning Years

Good Day Experts!

I am having a bit of trouble trying to figure out how to achieve my goal the best.  I want to give the User the ability to select month and year.  Be able to select June 2015 to June 2016.

Currently I have a start and end DateTimePicker with CustomFormat set to MMMMyyyy, Format set to Custom and ShowUpDown set to True.

This works great except for a problem...I cannot go to the previous year.

Can you suggest and help for this dilemma?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I just setup a DateTimePicker with your parameters and it works fine for me...but you have to click on the YEAR portion to make it change.  I suspect you're simply clicking on the Month portion?  That part will simply wrap around through the months without changing the year.
