VB.Net - DatePicker Months Spanning Years

Good Day Experts!

I am having a bit of trouble trying to figure out how to achieve my goal the best.  I want to give the User the ability to select month and year.  Be able to select June 2015 to June 2016.

Currently I have a start and end DateTimePicker with CustomFormat set to MMMMyyyy, Format set to Custom and ShowUpDown set to True.

This works great except for a problem...I cannot go to the previous year.

Can you suggest and help for this dilemma?

Thanks,
