That's exactly it but it has to be that way. How can I get it to view more than one record and how do I get it to stop randomly selecting. If I tell it only select person with last name of test it does work but it pulls which ever one it wants and not the one based on the most recent or anything like that. Thanks

I have SAP Crystal Reports 2013 and for some reason whether using a record select expert or not it returns only one page. It always shows page 1 of 1 but at the bottom shows over 2,000 records returned. When I use record select expert and point to a specific person name it returns a random page with that persons data but not from the date I want and I only get one record. <br />
I can't figure out how to view all the records for instance with last name of 'test' and not have it just return the first random one it finds. Thanks

Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application from SAP SE. It is used to graphically design data connections and report layouts from a wide range of data sources including Excel spreadsheets, Oracle, SQL Server databases and Access databases, BusinessObjects Enterprise business views, and local file-system information. Report designers can place fields from these sources on the report design surface, and can also deploy them in custom formulas (using either BASIC or Crystal's own syntax), which are then placed on the design surface.
