WDS just stopped working

I have had this working for over a year, and then today while I was deploying an image it all of a sudden stopped working and now I cannot connect to the WDS server.

I have 2x Win2012R2 Std as a VM hosts, with a WIN2012R2 client each

VMHOST1 has a client DC_Server_01 (IP 172.16.0.8) with DNS, DHCP (Load balancing 99%), AD(Master)
VMHOST2 has a client DC_Server_02 (IP 172.16.0.9) with DNS, DHCP (Load balancing 1%), AD, WDS

I have the "Do not listen on DHCP ports" and "Configure DHCP options to indicate that this is also a PXE server" boxes checked

I have run the command "wdsutil /set-server /UseDHCPPorts:No /DHCPOption60:yes" and it executes ok, no effect.

I have looked in the Events and I noticed that I got this error at the time it stopped working:

"An error occurred while trying to create the UDP endpoint for WDSPXE provider on interface 172.16.0.9:67. This can happen if the network interface was disabled or changed, or some other application is already using the port. The provider  will not be able to receive requests on this interface.

Error Information: 0x2740"

Googled around the subject and not really found anything, some registry suggestions which were already correct:

UseDchpPorts = 0
UdpPortPolicy = 0

I am stuck now, can anyone help?
