Thank you both. I am able to import it in the MMC after adding the Certificates snap-in. However, I don't see the import option in the Exchange Management Console. In the link Belal provided, it talks about adding it using EMS but I'm not comfortable using that.

OK, so I've got the part done in the MMC. In EMC, I click on Import Exchange Certificate and it asks me to browse to the certificate. In the example, it shows import.pfx as the file name but the two files I received from GoDaddy are .crt and .p7b files so it doesn't allow me to add it. What am I missing?<br />

To install the intermediate certificate, click Start, and then click Run..<br />
Type mmc, and then click OK. The Microsoft Management Console (Console1) window opens.<br />
In the Console1 window, click File, and then select Add/Remove Snap-in.<br />
In the Add or Remove Snap-ins window, select Certificates, and then click Add.<br />
In the Computer Account window, select Computer Account, and then click Next.<br />
In the Select Computer window, select Local Computer, and then click Finish.<br />

In the Console1 window, click + to expand the Certificates (Local Computer) folder on the left.<br />

I just renewed the certificate from GoDaddy and have the certificate downloaded. Do I need to install this on our Exchange server (SBS2011)? It's been renewed but on our OWA site, the certificate still shows as expired.
