Salesforce Customer Satisfaction Survey Object
I'm creating a custom object in Salesforce to record Customer Satisfaction Surveys. We prefer to do our surveys over the phone rather than having them emailed out or linked to on a web page. We would like to be able to record the answers ourselves. Some of our questions are pretty long, and they won't fit in the standard field labels in Salesforce. Is there a way around this? Or is there an app already built that will allow us to build surveys and to record the survey responses ourselves?
