Adobe Acrobat Freezing
We have noticed that multiple users have had problems with Adobe Acrobat 11 freezing. The only fix we have found is to close out via the task manager and run a repair on Adobe which typically gives the user a week or two of working Acrobat. The freeze usually happens after a user opens a PDF and tries to use a function such as clicks file > print.
Remediation steps we have tried is repairing the program, uninstall/reinstalling, upgrading to newest version and tweaking the security settings. This has been noticed on both Windows 7 & Windows 8.1 machines.
Has anyone come across this bug and/or found a fix to this?
