Active & Standby with dual ISP scenario

Hello,

I am looking at this given topology and I am wondering how would I configure dual ISP in this case?

- The switch R11, is that switch a must in this case? I am assuming yes since FA1/1 and FA1/2 will be using the same ip of 64.64.64.2. Is there another way I can do this? Easier or better way?
- R1 and R12 interfaces facing the switch, on the switch, I can just create router ports with "no switchport" command.
- Both ISP1 and ISP2 are used at the same time. I could also create IPSLA if one the ISP's fail.

Does this setup make sense and if not, what would be the better setup or is there a cisco's better practice?
