Dreamweaver FTP Access

Hi Experts:
I've set up a new local WebServer on a mac in our office (mac mini running El Capitan).  I have checked "Remote Login" for All Users.
When I try to access the website from another computer using Dreamweaver, it gives me the "An FTP error occurred . . . " notice.

My settings all appear correct and my username and password are correct.  Where should I start to figure this out?

Thanks!

Remote Login is nothing to do with FTP access so first begin with indicating how and what FTP server you have running on the MacMini?

If Remote Login is enabled you'll be able to ssh via a terminal window or telnet application but not FTP.  The Remote Login option on OSX 10.11 enables SFTP which is slightly different .. on Dreamweaver can you choose and SFTP connection instead?  SFTP uses port 22 not the port 21 which FTP uses.

I am able to ssh via terminal, and I am able to establish a connection using "Viper FTP Lite" (a free FTP program I found on the web).  Pretty sure the problem is in my settings on Dreamweaver.  I have Dreamweaver set up as SFTP using port 22.

OK .. that sound correct
Could it be something to do with the ssh hosts file which others have reported.  You don't indicate your version of Dreamweaver but the following issue affected CS4-6 I think

Quit Dreamweaver
For Dreamweaver, you have to manually delete the ssh_hosts file in
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver CSX4/en_US/Configuration

or at least delete the row corresponding to the server or IP address that you're having problems connecting to.
Hmm.  Don't have that file in my tree that I can find:

I'm using Dreamweaver CS5
Are you checking in the Library Folder inside your users home folder not the Library folder at the system level?
Ooops.  Well, I went to my user home folder, and it doesn't seem to be there either:
