Club Agreement Revised W.

Hello Everyone, we can have the best venue in the City. I would like your help to make sure that this adjustment sound professional but also very appealing for the owner of the club who will read it. we already met twice and they love our action plan, now when they ready this they should say " we want them" :) and have no hesitation in signing the agreement :) Thank you for your help.

We have adjusted the agreement to better meet your requirements. Please revise the modified conditions and provide your feedback.

Bar Total Net Sales

•      $ 0 - $1,000 net sales = 10 %
•      $ 1,001 - $3,000 net sales = 15%
•      $ 3,001 - net sales and above = 20%

Bottle Service

•      20%  on all bottle service

Comp Tab

•      25 Free drinks
•      $130 Bar tab

Door Cover Charge

•      Promoters will keep 100% of the door revenue.

We would like to clarify that in the beginning of our promotion, in order to launch a successful new Saturday Latin Night in the city,  we will be extremely flexible letting not just your guests in free of charge but also our guests will be let in free of charge. Only when the Saturday night will be consolidate and strong enough to guarantee continuity we will be applying a cover charge.
