"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Can you re-word your question? That huge, giant sentence is hard to understand exactly what you have and what you want.

Do you want the remote site to have a read / write or read-only copy?  Read-only is a new option in Windows 2012.

When talking about replication you need to consider your top 20 largest files to help estimate your proper staging size area and the amount of bandwidth you have.

I prefer the remote site to have Read and Write. The replication should happen only between 2 servers.
