is there any way to produce a list of all timers that are running in the background?

First ..... thank you very much for replying to my question.
I want to programmatically reset a timer that is running in another application.
This timer is a hard coded timer that logs us out of the application after 15 minutes of inactivity.
It is a nuisance.
I was hoping to create a small program that can run in the background that resets this timer to eliminate the nuisance.
