Troubleshooting NDR - Exchange 2010

We recently moved to a new ISP.  I'm wondering if we are now getting this message because the new ISP has no PTR record or if it's because there is a misspelling here.  And if it's because of the misspelling, is that on the general tab of the receive connector to change this?  The misspelling that I'm referring to is on line 8.  I've redacted the actual domain, but there's a letter missing there.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
