Thanks David. It turned out to be one of the many problems going on with the server. Once the server got fixed things started working with one exception in the second thread.

I replaced the router this weekend and it suggested that I re-run the Connect to the Internet Wizard. It will not complete.<br />

It detects the server<br />
It detect the router<br />
<br />
but when you click next it thinks about it for a really ling time and comes back with the error that it is incomplete and that I need to restart the DNS server (because more times than not the ICW stops it at this point). Then it suggest I run the Fix My Network wizard.<br />

Fix My Network wizard comes back with two warnings. 1) Could not configure the router (no duh) and 2) A networking component is not configured properly. (Component ID 4)<br />

Any ideas?
