Project Management with emails
Hi, I can BCC my CRM and it automatically drops email file attachments and conversations into the client's profile of my CRM; and creates a new organization if one has not been created by recognizing the new email domain.
What's a similar program tracking client data and conversations for projects. They are in commercial landscape design and deal with a lot of large autocad like files

Sorry, I was using my CRM as an analogy because Zoho, Capsule, and other CRM all have unique BCC email for uploading correspondence and organizing by domain. But I need something more specific to project based work in design, architecture industry, and even PR firm. There's a lot of communication going back and forth. Most employees in these companies don't want to go into the web platform to create and maintain conversations from organization to the next. That could be delegated but regardless a BCC to a unique email is necessary for the process I envision to work. I called Zoho Projects to see if they could tweak their platform to do this. Their developers seem to be eager to work with me. They will get back to me on Monday.
I use Asana and 50% people I collaborate with, hate it. It also doesn't have what I am looking for. Brightpod at first glance looks to be lacking this feature too.
