User cannot see all the folders in a network share

Hello EE,

I have a user that when I map her to a directory she can only see one of the 7 folder underneath it.
I've tried everything I can think of, but confirmed she has permission.  Any help would be great?

(1) Try first deleting all the file shares (NET USE T: /Delete), shut down, start up and now map the folders and try again.

(2) If no, make a new, test Windows User Profile (Account), log into the new account and try mapping the folder in the new account. See if this works (it should).

Is the share on a server or a workstation?
OS where the share is located?

Share is on the server and others can access it fine including another AD user this person has identical rights as.  It seems to be something on the PC specifically

Are all the users including the one that can't access the share on the same OU.  We had a user that was put into the wrong OU which was more restrictive and was not able to access our shares.
It was an issue with her machine indeed.  I had to add her permission to her own user folder by inheritance over and it worked.
Thanks for getting me to focus in the right area.
@operationsIT - Thanks for the update and I was happy to help.
