How do i recover a Kronos user record?

In Kronos WFC 6.2.8, I had a request to terminate an account. Rather than terminating it, i deleted the user. I was told i can recover the account as long as i have a backup. In Veeam, we do backup of all Kronos servers, so i do have an incremental backup. We back up the Kronos SQL server as well. What is the process to restore the user record?

restore old backup to independent system
guess relations in SQL database
plant user record in production database (or just re-create user with same permissions)

Sounds easy, but not for me. I think i need some good solid documentation. I've reached out to Kronos support, but they don't seem to know how to assist. Is there any documentation on this?
Obviously no documentation.
We do SQL server backups (full + incremental) for Kronos, and not just the database. Would the process be to restore the SQL server from an incremental backup for the date that the record last exist? When I restore the SQL server, would I need to put it on an isolated network so that it will not conflict with the current production SQL server? I am at a loss on what to do after that. If the SQL server is stood up on an isolated network, would I be able to query the user's record or grab the user data? If so, how would I then migrate that to the existing SQL server in production?

I am working with Kronos Infrastructure team to hopefully get this resolved. Thanks for your response.
