You need to follow the microsft documentation. There is no other way to find the additional information. Or you may have to subscribe for the Microsoft product specific News letters to know about the new service packs or CUs for SCCM.<br />

SCCM is version specific. If you did not chose the right CU or SP the may end up with bad results. Try to raise a case with MS and get it resolved,<br />
