OpenVPN error message

Hi,

I was at home over the weekend and I tried to connect to our Citrix Server. First I have to connect to our OpenVPN and by trying as usual I could connect because a diaglogue box has show up saying "Dialogue box - error occurred  - "See the logfile C.\program files(x86) OpenVPN technologies\openvpn client\core\ovpntray.exe log' for details"

I cannot connect using OpenVPN - Can you help?

Did you dare to look into the log file, as suggested? It really helps if you read error messages and logs ...

I am a user and we have the IT Outsourcing. I am not sure where to look. On the server side or on the client?

On client first. Look into "C:\program files(x86)\OpenVPN technologies" for a log folder, and inside that should be a OpenVPN.log or similar. I do not assume the log file as shown in the error message will tell you something, but you should have look into that too.
